30-Day Free Returns

We want you to be confident in every purchase. Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

Eligible Items

• Standard catalog products in resalable condition
• Items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage (report within 7 days)

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-cut materials, made-to-order, or special-order products
• Hazardous materials, opened chemical products, or safety items that have been used
• Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back using the provided label or approved carrier.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or prepaid return at no cost to you.
